I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer a great view, although some minor maintenance issues were noticed. The staff provided top-notch service in true Thai fashion, making my experience enjoyable. The location is superb, offering easy access to the MRT station and Sukhumvit Rd, though it can be a bit shaded due to surrounding buildings. The dining experience was varied, but the breakfast could be seen as expensive for the options available.
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The room had a big bathtub that my baby couldn't get enough of for her water playtime both in the morning and before bedtime. However, breakfast was not included, and buying it on-site was too pricey. The proximity to the MRT and BTS stations was incredibly convenient, just a quick 5-minute walk away.

As a Platinum member, I got an elegant and cozy room with a lovely glass window into the bedroom. The complimentary internet was a great perk, but housekeeping could use some improvement. The hotel is a great choice for a comfortable stay in Bangkok.
